Glenburnie Grocery is now your local supplier of this amazing dilly dip, the yummy creation of two sisters with heart!

The dynamic sister duo of Monica & Melanie started selling their dip to raise money for Cancer, as Monica had already given her hair!

About The Pickle Vixens Super Awesome Dilly Dip

Monica and Melanie grew up on a farm in the Ottawa Valley, they still reside in the area today.  Once grown they both entered the dental field but, until they started having babies, ran a food truck on the weekends where they were famous for their Deep Fried Pickles and Pickle Poutine – as you can see, early on they had a knack for all things pickle related!  

In 2016 they entered a Mud Run to raise money for Cancer where Monica donated her hair to make a wig, but when they entered again in 2017 her hair had not yet grown back enough to be wig worthy.  It was out of a desire to fundraise for a great cause that the sisters once again begin creating their fabulous dilly dip.  The venture grew to help local teams fundraise but due to the large demand for their dilly dip the sisters could not keep up until they opened a commercial kitchen in Kinburn last Fall!

Although the dip is now available at 12 stores, Glenburnie Grocery is the only local supplier!  Once our staff tired it, we knew it was something we had to carry.  We encourage you to pick up some dilly dip today, it’s great on chips and vegetables, but have heard it’s also wonderful on a grill cheese sandwich, as a burger topping, even as a sauce for a pickle pizza 🙂  The possibilities are endless!
